INFORMATION ON PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEC. 13, LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003

as your personal data will be made available to Garage San Marco Srl (based in Venice, Santa Croce, 467/F, tax code and registration number with the Register of Companies at CCIAA, Venice: 01315480242, VAT No.: 02351190273), pursuant to and for the purposes of Sec. 13 Legislative Decree no. 196/2006 and subsequent amendments (Personal Data Protection Code, hereinafter referred to as "Code"), we would like to inform you of the following:
1. Purposes and methods of data processing.
As holder of your personal data, Garage San Marco Srl guarantees that your data will be used exclusively to provide the services you have requested. Your data will be processed according to the procedures in section 4, paragraph 1, letter a) i.e. by means of any operation or set of operations relating to data collection, recording, organization, storage, consulting, development, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure and destruction. In our capacity as Data Controller, these operations are carried out by our employees and/or associates using electronic or automated systems.
2. Nature of data provision.
The personal data you provide Garage San Marco Srl with are essential for the provision of the services you have requested.
Those who register on the website www.garagesanmarco.it freely consent to the processing of their data being aware that, failing to do so, would prevent the registration procedure and the provision of the requested services from being completed. The explicit and voluntary transmission of the e-mail address to the addresses indicated on the website wwwgaragesanmarco.it will result in the acquisition of the sender’s address – necessary to respond to any requests – and other personal data included in the communication. The optional nature of some of the data will be clearly anticipated at the time of collection of the data.
3. Refusal to provide data.
Please be informed that your refusal to provide the data referred to in section 2 will prevent the actual provision of the requested services.
4. Communication and dissemination of data.
Any personal data collected may be disclosed to employees and/or associates of Garage San Marco Srl in their capacity as data processor and data controller. They will process the collected data based on the instructions received by the Data Controller and according to the criteria and requirements in the Privacy Statement. Please be advised that such data may be disclosed to or acquired by all those persons who simply need to know that data in order to fulfill the services requested. In particular, for the data processing in question Garage San Marco Srl will resort to external enterprises, consultants, consortia, software vendors and service providers, who operate in the planned activities with dedicated staff to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data. Notwithstanding the above, none of your personal data will be subject to disclosure. Consequently, Garage San Marco Srl will not disclose your personal data to any unknown person in any form, whether by provision or consultation.
5. Data transfer abroad.
Within the limits set forth above, your personal data may be subject to transfer to EU countries and/or to countries outside the European Union exclusively for administrative and tax-related requirements connected to the services provided and, more generally, to the business activity of Garage San Marco Srl.
6. Data subject’s rights.
In accordance with sec. 7 of the Code certain rights are vested in a data subject, namely:
A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
A data subject shall have the right to be informed a) of the source of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means; d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5(2); e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing
A data subject shall have the right to obtain a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in whole or in part, a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
7. Exercise of data subject’s rights.
